Ingredients used for cooking delicious Aloo Gobi (Potatoes Cauliflower): 3 potatoes (cut into cubes) 200 grams cauliflower or gobi (cut florets into 1 1/2 inch of size) 2 medium onions ( finely chopped) 1 cup tomatoes puree 1 tablespoon cumin (jeera) 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon minced ginger 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 2 green chilies (finely chopped) 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1 teaspoon garam masala 2 tablespoon coriander leaves (finely chopped) Method to cook: Take a deep cooking pot, heat oil, and fry cauliflower and potatoes too for 3 minutes. Put them all out in a plate and heat oil in the same deep cooking pot and add cumin (jeera), minced garlic, minced ginger, finely chopped green chilies, and onions. SARSON KA SAAG - Famous Punjabi recipe

The combination of Sarson Ka Saag topped with butter, green or red chilies and served with Makki ki roti taste too delicious and it is a famous Punjabi recipe mostly prepared in winters. Ingredients required are as below : 2 bunch sarson  1 bunch bathua leaves 1 bunch spinach leaves 2 cup chopped methi leaves 3 medium sized chopped onions 4 medium sized chopped tomatoes 3 inch finely chopped ginger 4 chopped green chilies 10 finely chopped garlic 1 teaspoon red chili powder 3 to 4 cups of water 3 tablespoon maize flour 1 tablespoon cumin powder salt to taste and as required 2 tablespoon ghee Preparation of Sarson Ka Saag : Clean   and chop   sarson, bathua leaves, spinach leaves and then wash them well.
