It is very essential to eat Healthy Food which includes nutrients such as carbohydrates, fat, protein, water, and minerals that can provide an individual the required energy so as he or she feels good whole day. Healthy Food protects us from various diseases and strengthens our immune system as well as digestion. 

Nowadays it's not possible for all to take efficient healthy food whole day due to busy schedules, different lifestyle and work timings but it is important as well as beneficial for an individual to take fruits, vegetables, and water which is the main need of the body. Moreover, protein-rich diets include dairy products helps to intensify the protein level in the body and vitamin-rich as well as mineral-rich diets including fruits, vegetables, nuts, soybeans oil, almonds assist to retain stable blood sugar levels and also reduces the stress. An individual can easily lose his or her weight without dieting but with eating healthy food. 
It categorized under five groups as below:
  • Fruits
  • Vegetables
  • Cereals, Rice, Bread, Noodles
  • Milk, Nuts, Eggs
  • Cheese, Yogurt.
It is useful to eat as much food as possible to get a sufficient amount of vitamins and minerals and drink water, milk and 100% natural juices for staying healthy and fit. As water also helps to reduce weight if drink it correctly. It has been seen that many people having a habit of eating while watching their favorite TV shows so instead of eating chips or other similar snacks, they can have carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, berries.
Fiber from fruits and dietary fiber from vegetables helps to reduce the blood cholesterol levels and food contain Vitamin A keeps eyes and healthy skin. Moreover, it is important to eat according to the body instead of eating according to today's lifestyle because healthy eating avoids many lifestyle diseases like obesity and many more and keeps internal organs healthy too which in turn help us to work effectively.
Nowadays, we work as a machine so that we need food fuels which provide us the essential nutrients such as minerals, carbohydrates, vitamins, water, etc. Healthy food makes us live longer as they are superior for body functioning, bones which make us more stronger. Take at least three 'a well balanced' meals without skipping breakfast because having breakfast can provide many different health benefits, improves concentration, strength and boost our energy whether for children at school, teenagers at college and working people at their workplace. 
Healthy food can also help in reducing weight loss without dieting by eating a healthy diet but inaccurate proportions and with few exercises. The important categories of unsaturated fats which are monounsaturated fats found in olive oil, nut, almonds, avocados and polyunsaturated fats found in soybeans, etc also play a vital role in healthy food. 
It is observed that two categories of unsaturated fats help in reducing the cholesterol level when they replace with saturated fat in daily meals. In spite of giving money to doctor for chronic diseases, it is better to spend that money to buy meals which provide nutrients to the body and maintaining good health.
